Inconsolata is a famous monospaced font which can be used everywhere, from terminal windows to code editors. This font is best used while coding samples in a presentation.



4. DejaVu Sans Mono:

This is the monospaced version of the Deja Vu fonts family, which is open source.



5. Hermit:

Hermit is a monospace font which focuses on programming and it has medium, light and bold versions.



6. Consolas:

Consolas is a Microsoft product which comes with some new fonts. This font was designed for Microsoft’s ClearType font family and it is a commercial font which is bundled with several Microsoft products.

It's a fixed width font which has a condensed look-and-feel.

Edlo helps in best programming with comfort and ease. Edlo also enables edits smoother.

Droid Sans Mono is a part of the Droid font family which is used for small screens on mobile handsets and it's licensed under the Apache license. It's a great programming font to use.

This programming font is a narrow one which has been designed without any interline for less scrolling.
