The Rikomagic MK902 LE is powered by a Rockchip RK3188 ARM Cortex-A9 quad-core processor along with 2GB of RAM. The device comes with 8GB or 16GB of storage expandable via microSD card slot. Connectivity options include HDMI, 4 full-sized USB ports, 802.11n WiFi and 10/100 Ethernet. It comes preloaded with PicUntu 4.5. The PicUntu 4.5 is custom version of Ubuntu 13.04 made for devices that run on Rockchip processors.
Basic Ubuntu apps work pretty well on the Rikomagic MK902 LE. However, in case you're looking for an immersive multimedia experience the device is simply not meant for you. RK3188 chips are known to offer no support for hardware-accelerated graphics or video, therefore gaming and video playback on the device is not something to boast about, and clearly it doesn't intend on doing the same. If you're looking for a 'better' multimedia device, the Android version might be better suited for your needs.
