<u><b>Required:</b></u><br />
<br />
A computer running Windows (XP, Vista, 7, 8 or 8.1) with the command prompt working perfectly, i.e. not disabled by a virus.<br />
<br />
<b><u>Initial Steps:  </u></b><br />
<br />
1) Press Windows Key + R.<br />
2) Enter CMD and press Enter.<br />
<br />
This will start the command prompt. Follow the instructions below depending on what you want to do.<br />
<br />
<u><b>Shutdown Local Machine (Your Computer):</b></u><br /><br />
Type "shutdown -s" without the quotes in the command prompt and press Enter. Shutdown is the command being executed and the switch -s tells the computer to shutdown.<br />
<br />
<b><u>Restart your Local Computer:</u></b><br />
Type "shutdown -r" in the command prompt and press Enter. In this case,
the command switch -r is telling the computer to restart after shutdown.<br />
<br />
<u><b>Log Off the Current User:</b></u><br /><br />
Type "shutdown -l" in the command prompt and press Enter. The -l command switch tells the computer to log off.<br />
<br />
<u><b>Shutdown a Remote Computer:</b></u><br /><br />
Type "shutdown -s -m \\name of the computer" in the command prompt and
press Enter. Replace \\name of the computer with the actual name of the
remote computer you are trying to shutdown. As mentioned earlier, you
must have administrative access to the computer you are trying to
shutdown. To know if you have administrative access, press Windows key +
 R and then type the name of the computer and press Enter.<br />
<br />
Note: If you don't remember the name of the remote computer, you can
look for it by opening a list of all the computers you are connected to
by executing "net view" in command prompt.<br />
<br />
If you can connect to the computer, you will be asked to login with your
 username and password. Upon entering them, a window will display the
list of all the directories available to you. This should help you know
whether you can or cannot shutdown the remote computer.<br />
<br />
<u><b>Hibernate a Local Computer:</b></u><br /><br />
Type in "Rundll32.exe Powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState" without the quotes
and press Enter. Your computer should hibernate, if it does not, then
you must enable hibernation to do this.<br />
<br />
<u><b>Shutdown your or a remote computer after a specific time:</b></u><br /><br />
Type "shutdown -s -t 60" to shutdown your computer after 60 seconds.
Upon executing this, a countdown timer displaying a warning message will
 be shown. This command uses the -t command switch followed by a
variable (which is 60 in this case) which represents the number of
seconds after which the computer will shutdown.<br />
<br />
<u><b>Display a Message containing the reason for shutdown:</b></u><br /><br />
Type <i>shutdown -s  -t 500 -c "I am tired. I don't want to work anymore."</i>
 (with the quotes) in the Command Prompt and press Enter. The -c switch
is used in the code to give the reason for shutting down and what is
followed in quotes will be displayed in the dialog box as the
reason. This can be used to display all sorts of funny messages. One
example :-<br />
<br /> You can not use your PC anymore.<br />
<br />
<u><b>Stop a System Shutdown:</b></u><br /><br />
Type "shutdown -a" and press Enter. This will stop the system from
shutting down if the countdown to shut down has not reached 0.

<b><u>Basic Concept:</u></b><br />
<br />
The basic concept behind this trick is the use of <b>Keywords</b>.
Keywords are reserved words in any programming language that cannot be
used as names of variables. Windows also uses certain keywords in its
programming. Some of them are con, aux, lpt1, lpt2, lpt3, lpt4, lpt5,
lpt6, lpt7, lpt8 and lpt9.<br />
<br />
<b><u> A Test:</u></b><br />
<br />
To test this concept, make a new folder in Windows and try to give it a name same as any keyword mentioned above.<br />
<br />
<u><b>Result:</b></u><br />
<br />
Windows will not rename your folder to any of the keyword given above.<br />
<br />
<u><b>Trick:</b></u><br />
<br />
So the question arises, how can we make a folder with a keyword as its
name? The solution to this problem is included in Windows itself. As we
know that Windows has evolved from D.O.S.(Disk Operating System), its
commands can be used in Windows. You can use D.O.S. Programming in
Windows to create a folder with a keyword as its name using the steps
given below:-<br />
<br />
<br />
<ol>
<li>Click on <b>Start</b>.</li>
<li>Click on <b>Run</b>. Type in "cmd" without quotes.</li>
<li>In the <b>Command Prompt</b> Window that opens, type the name of the drive you wish to create your folder in the format <drive-name>: and press <b>Enter</b>. e.g. If you wish to create the undeletable folder in D drive, type "D:" without the quotes. Note that the folder <b>cannot</b> be created in the root of C: drive (if C: is your system drive).</li>
<li>Type this command- "md con\" or "md lpt1\" without the quotes and press <b>Enter</b>. You can choose any of the keywords given above as the name of your folder.<br />
</li>
</ol>
<br />
Now Windows will create an undeletable, unrenamable folder in the drive you entered in <b>Step 3</b>. However, the folder can be renamed to another keyword using Windows Explorer.<br />
<br />
<u><b>Deleting the Folder:</b></u><br />
<br />
Although, it is not possible to manually delete the folder, you can delete the folder by typing "rd con\" or "rd lpt1\" in <b>Step 4</b> instead of "md con\" or "md lpt1\". <br />
<br />
<u><b>Windows Compatibility:</b></u><br />
<br />
This works on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 8.1.

Every one of us has watched Star Wars on television, computer or in a
theater. It is the same movie with aliens fighting each other for
galaxies and such stuff. There is nothing new in it. But wait, have you
watched an ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange)
version of Star Wars and that too in Windows using <b>telnet</b>? A network protocol known only to computer wizards. Well if you have not, then you must do it now!<br />
<a href="https://www.blogger.com/null" name="more"></a><br />
There is a complete copy of Star Wars done entirely in ASCII characters that you can watch in the Windows operating system (or any OS that supports telnet). The only thing required to watch it is an internet connection; speed does not matter.<br />
<br />
 <b>To watch it on Windows XP,</b> <b id="Other">Mac OS X and Linux</b><br />
<br />
<ol>
<li>Go to Start, Run. (Only for Windows users)</li>
<li>Now type "telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl" without the quotes and
press Enter. Users of Mac OS X and Linux can directly execute this code
in the terminal window.<br />
</li>
</ol>
<br />
<b>On Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 7 and Windows Vista</b><br />
<br />
Telnet is turned off by default in the latest versions of Windows. So,
in order to watch star wars, you must first enable telnet by going to
Control Panel › Programs › Turn Windows Feature On or Off and ticking
both the telnet check boxes. After doing that, follow the steps given
below:-<br />
<ol>
<li>Go to Start, Search in Windows Vista and Windows 7. <b>On Windows 8</b> and Windows 8.1, open the main Start page.</li>
<li>Type telnet and press Enter.</li>
<li>In the following command prompt window, type "o" without quotes and press Enter.</li>
<li>Now type "towel.blinkenlights.nl" without the quotes and press Enter.</li>
</ol>
If you do not need telnet anymore, you can turn it off.

<br />
Hacking
 is an engaging field but it is surely not easy. To become a hacker one
has to have an attitude and curiosity of learning and adapting new
skills. You must have a deep knowledge of <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD11">computer systems</span>, <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD7">programming languages</span>,
 operating systems and the journey of learning goes on and on. Some
people think that a hacker is always a criminal and do illegal
activities but they are wrong. Actually many big companies hire hackers
to protect their systems and information and are highly paid. We have
prepared a list of 12 most important steps necessary to become a hacker, have a deeper look<br />
<br />
<br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
1. Learn UNIX/LINUX</h4>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
UNIX/LINUX is an <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD6">open source operating system</span> which provides better security to computer systems. It <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD3">was first</span> developed by AT&T in Bell labs and contributed a lot <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD8">in the world</span>
 of security. You should install LINUX freely available open source
versions on your desktops as without learning UNIX/LINUX, it is not
possible to become a hacker.</div>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
2. Code in C language </h4>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://www.oneplaceweb.blogspot.com/" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;" target="_blank"><img alt="c programming" border="0" height="150" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhe4okBe-uXZHVGzzfU7TT1POX2TzKq12OtTAGfMhZYImJ9unMvlbkU4fmCFi9DF4hWLpWRZxzY8qAU8-wTxD2rjcjjc9vQzY6muotfg0qrBPWdU8HJnfxthd-78LXy_lmmhIkQEqs8zvLJ/s1600/c_programming_language.png" title="c programming" width="150" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
C <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD12">programming</span> is the base of learning UNIX/LINUX as this operating system is coded in C programming which makes it the most powerful language as compared to other programming languages. C language was developed by Dennis Ritchie in late 1970’s. To become a hacker you should master C language.</div>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
3. Learn to code in more than one Programming Language</h4>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is important for a person in the hacking field to learn more than one programming. There are many programming languages to learn such as Python, JAVA, C++. <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD5">Free eBooks</span>, <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD9">tutorials</span> are easily available online.</div>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
4. Learn Networking Concepts</h4>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi4Mu1YUKZmqz05o19vdmGB8hE3zOaJWz7vAOPjwLx_W0-7xQy1jVCZUBlZXgVDagTaCTRjhXj42uSIklHAa4auurv-X23id3f-gxEOpils_eWheS_ySVyuZDPPlWqZSd8TXUKEclLMEjY-/s1600/computer-networking.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="computer networking" border="0" height="212" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi4Mu1YUKZmqz05o19vdmGB8hE3zOaJWz7vAOPjwLx_W0-7xQy1jVCZUBlZXgVDagTaCTRjhXj42uSIklHAa4auurv-X23id3f-gxEOpils_eWheS_ySVyuZDPPlWqZSd8TXUKEclLMEjY-/s1600/computer-networking.jpg" title="computer networking" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Another important and essential step to become a hacker is to be good at
 networking concepts and understanding how the networks are created. You
 need to know the differences between different types of networks and
must have a clear understanding of TCP/IP and UDP to exploit
vulnerabilities (loop holes) in system.</div>
Understanding what LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall is also important.<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
You must have a clear understanding and use of network tools such as Wireshark, NMAP for packet analyzing, network scanning etc.</div>
<br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
5. Learn More Than One Operating Systems </h4>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
It is essential for a hacker to learn more than one operating system.
There are many other Operating systems apart from Windows, UNIX/LINUX
etc. Every system has a loop hole, hacker needs it to exploit it.</div>
<br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
6. Learn Cryptography</h4>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
To become a successful hacker you need to master the art of
cryptography. Encryption and Decryption are important skills in hacking.
 Encryption is widely done in several aspects of information system
security in authentication, confidentiality and integrity of data.
Information on a network is in encrypted form such as passwords. While
hacking a system, these encrypted codes needs to be broken, which is
called decryption.</div>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
7. Learn more and more about hacking</h4>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiS1W3wItqoEuyQq6qbPQ8pcMk3BK7PS28cvyLgkp68CH5LZQtUlOmZ4p7gwZGvf99ZbV8V02rmimBQ8Y_juoJLrX6IgTjJq7jb4b-5Mu9A8YLydljP1UhN9VDedv5gd359Mw_duex36k-e/s1600/hacking.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="hacking or hackers" border="0" height="176" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiS1W3wItqoEuyQq6qbPQ8pcMk3BK7PS28cvyLgkp68CH5LZQtUlOmZ4p7gwZGvf99ZbV8V02rmimBQ8Y_juoJLrX6IgTjJq7jb4b-5Mu9A8YLydljP1UhN9VDedv5gd359Mw_duex36k-e/s1600/hacking.jpg" title="learn hacking " width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
Go through various tutorials, eBooks written by experts in the field of
hacking. In the field of hacking, learning is never ending because
security changes every day with new updates in systems

</div>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
8. Experiment A Lot</h4>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJp-pTi_vAWznmeUnNMMuHzTkSIRvWji7kfs7wz9pQrWyU8y5dHErDSfhiYJfb8hm5YnFLTCVOpORIjt22GEjjn7z5t34LVY62AE3BmHlXkMvziSPDfQWgbSRD7bmpVVFr0-N43gH_K3nR/s1600/experiment.jpg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="experiment" border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiJp-pTi_vAWznmeUnNMMuHzTkSIRvWji7kfs7wz9pQrWyU8y5dHErDSfhiYJfb8hm5YnFLTCVOpORIjt22GEjjn7z5t34LVY62AE3BmHlXkMvziSPDfQWgbSRD7bmpVVFr0-N43gH_K3nR/s1600/experiment.jpg" title="experiment" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
After learning some concepts, sit and practice them. Setup your own lab for experimental purpose. You <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD4">need a</span>
 good computer system to start with as some tools may require powerful
processor, RAM etc. Keep on Testing and learning until you breach a
system.</div>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
9. Write Vulnerability (Loop hole program)</h4>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCGesMw_4WLLXKpJFBVCqSo9vlXtYURTEzq6P-6vJPNuM3WYhp9iAHyl4ohRBBAbmR0lxvgCTUyuF2jZmCyrfVz2mFjTsXwcHTw48ReA5xXYMaLFxQ0SJSKCGfi_tWY9YSwHAFxr_Hs7Fe/s1600/vulnerability+hacking.jpeg" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img alt="hacking vulnerability" border="0" height="149" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCGesMw_4WLLXKpJFBVCqSo9vlXtYURTEzq6P-6vJPNuM3WYhp9iAHyl4ohRBBAbmR0lxvgCTUyuF2jZmCyrfVz2mFjTsXwcHTw48ReA5xXYMaLFxQ0SJSKCGfi_tWY9YSwHAFxr_Hs7Fe/s1600/vulnerability+hacking.jpeg" title="hacking vulnerability" width="200" /></a></div>
<br />
Vulnerability is the weakness, loop hole or open door through which you
enter the system. Look for vulnerabilities by scanning the system,
network etc. Try to write your own and exploit the system.<br />
<h4 style="text-align: left;">

<h2 class="post-title entry-title">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal;"> When you are surfing the internet, a lot of information is being
exchanged between the web host and the device being used to surf the
internet. This type of information can always be easily breached by hackers,
 especially if it involves online transactions and this has always been a
 major issue when dealing with the internet. Nowadays, cases of online
theft are becoming increasingly popular. There is one way of determining
 whether a site is safe to use through an <span style="color: #274e13;">SSL Certificate</span> which is powered by the beauty of cryptography.</span></span></h2>
<h2 class="post-title entry-title">
<span style="font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: large;">  </span></span></h2>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
How SSL Cryptography Works?</h4>
Cryptography ensures that data is transmitted in a means that only the
intended party can access it. You can easily determine a site which has
an SSL certificate by the padlock icon that is displayed beside the web
address. So how do SSL certificates work? SSL in full is Secure Sockets
Layer. An SSL certificate provides tight <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD3">security</span> during the exchange of data.<br />
<br />
In SSL cryptography, encryption makes use of separate keys for the
decryption and encryption of data. Encryption keys are public and anyone
 can use them. But the decryption keys (ones used to turn encrypted data
 into meaningful information) are private and are kept secret. The SSL
certificate, on the other hand, can simply be described as a tiny <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD10">data file</span>
 that has the appropriate information about a certain website. The
information can be quickly read by the host connection once the request
for connection is received. It is through an SSL that a website can
prove its authenticity to <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD11">a web browser</span>. <br />
<br />
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
How To Get SSL Certificate?</h4>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwNsw1tAO15CwOA70Rjn4TtSrc2sjYnsfK9LRY7DC3EbrkUS5y5zg3hxlKiL-yKAeVyXSqRnTpAsiXa0fQ5zkL4rbQ3SNgxL8PZiSkIP97bvKK51AgE-elwaMvrbooYtCfRKPXUMdOKsfo/s1600/ssl_certificate.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="148" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwNsw1tAO15CwOA70Rjn4TtSrc2sjYnsfK9LRY7DC3EbrkUS5y5zg3hxlKiL-yKAeVyXSqRnTpAsiXa0fQ5zkL4rbQ3SNgxL8PZiSkIP97bvKK51AgE-elwaMvrbooYtCfRKPXUMdOKsfo/s1600/ssl_certificate.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-weight: normal;">An SSL certificate is not handed out like a college certificate. There are a number of companies called <span style="color: #274e13;">Certificate Authorities </span>(CA)that authenticate that a site/server is legitimate and <span class="IL_AD" id="IL_AD5">sign</span>
 a resultant digital certificate which is then stored, just like a
cookie is stored on your browser. The certificate will continuously
alert all incoming connections and protocols that the connection is
trustworthy.</span></h4>
<h4 style="text-align: left;">
<span style="font-weight: normal;"> </span>SSL Certificate Advantages</h4>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqu5gLUkEefTNPqfLW_hTAjKseLv3kfGIRwYYRwD4pG5vFP_59kbQQqMkaPLFUc6jUnb1Bshbk5L0O7l9KBQHMEObW9JwSI484lGIH7Ewioe6eySU2d-C3jmzO5YanAROpqyqlms306XxW/s1600/ssl+certificate+benefiets.jpeg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="224" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqu5gLUkEefTNPqfLW_hTAjKseLv3kfGIRwYYRwD4pG5vFP_59kbQQqMkaPLFUc6jUnb1Bshbk5L0O7l9KBQHMEObW9JwSI484lGIH7Ewioe6eySU2d-C3jmzO5YanAROpqyqlms306XxW/s1600/ssl+certificate+benefiets.jpeg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-weight: normal;">SSL certificates make online data-exchange, especially financial
transactions, safer. It is a common rule of thumb not to trust any
e-commerce site that does not have an SSL certificate. There is just too
 much information floating around online nowadays such as credit card
info, banking information etc. The safety of all these vital information
 will be ensured by the SSL certificate, and every browser will accept
the websites incoming connections. However, most small websites, such as
 blogs, don’t really need to supply an SSL certificate.</span></span></div>
<h4 style="text-align: justify;">

<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">We
 have seen Red Hat promoting CentOS since 2013. The CentOS is popular as
 the community supported open source Red Hat Linux distribution. Red Hat
 has contributed a lot to CentOS. The distro has been developed in
inevitable way since Red Hat has been embracing it. But all of a sudden
Red Hat is setting a new road map for Fedora by announcing Fedora for
servers.</span></span>
<br />
<div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The
 release of RHEL 7 was one of the best decisions Red Hat took in order
to develop CentOS like never before. CentOS users often use RHEL for
community development and discussions. Fedora development was kind of
ignored by Red Hat for many years. Fedora has always been a sandbox
distro. It is quite popular as desktop distro as well. Unlike
Debian-based distributions, architecture of RHEL, CentOS and Fedora is
quite similar.</span></span></div>
<span style="font-size: small;">
</span><div style="text-align: justify;">
<span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">But
 Red Hat just announced the version of Fedora for servers. The new
Fedora comes in three flavors- Cloud, Server and Workstation. These
versions of Fedora confuse us about Red Hat’s ultimate goal. Red Hat has
 not clearly classified its focus by announcing the release of three
different flavors. Is Red Hat trying to create RHEL like community
powered server distribution or it is aiming at workstations for small
businesses? The cloud version of Fedora doesn’t make any sense. Fedora
is quite unstable to be used on cloud. At the same time Red Hat is also
working on the development of CentOS and RHEL. It will be interesting to
 see Fedora doing a real server work.</span></span></div>

<span style="color: black; font-family: verdana; font-size: small;">Are you bogged down by your
slow Wi-Fi internet connection, chances are most of you are, since speed
 can never be enough for most of us. Jokes apart, there might be some
issues interfering with your Wi-Fi network leading to slow speeds.
However, if you're 100 per cent sure of your network and are looking for
 manual tweaking of the network to increase your speed, well, we have
got some tricks just for you!</span><br />
<span style="color: black; font-family: verdana; font-size: small;"><br /></span>
<span style="color: black; font-family: verdana; font-size: small;"><b>1.Sharing your Mac's internet connection wirelessly</b><br /><br />System
 Preferences > Sharing > Internet > Add Source (Ethernet) and
the way the other computer will connect (Wi-Fi) > Check Internet
Sharing to create a Wi-Fi hotspot <br /><b> </b></span><br />
<span style="color: black; font-family: verdana; font-size: small;"><b>2.<a href="http://www.netstumbler.com/downloads/" target="_blank">NetStumbler</a></b><br /><br />NetStumbler
 (also known as Network Stumbler) is a tool for Windows that facilitates
 detection of Wireless LANs using the 802.11b, 802.11a and 802.11g WLAN
standards. <br /><b> </b></span><br />
<span style="color: black; font-family: verdana; font-size: small;"><b>3.Turn off SSID broadcasting</b><br /><br />Access
point admin page > Uncheck 'Enable SSID Broadcast' to prevent devices
 from listing your network as one of the detected options. <br /><br /><b>4.Limit devices that can connect to your wireless network</b><br /><br />Create a device access list of MAC addresses that can access your network.<br /><br /><b>5.WPA Encryption</b><br /><br />Wi-Fi
 Protected Access (WPA) and Wi-Fi Protected Access II (WPA2) are two
security protocols and security certification programs developed by the
Wi-Fi Alliance to secure wireless computer networks. The Alliance
defined these in response to serious weaknesses researchers had found in
 the previous system, WEP (Wired Equivalent Privacy).<br /><br />To switch to WPA: Access point's admin page > set your WPA passphrase to something difficult to crack.<br /><br /><b>6.<a href="http://sourceforge.net/projects/wireshark/" target="_blank">Wireshark</a></b><br /><br />Wireshark
 is a free and open-source packet analyser. It is used for network
troubleshooting, analysis, software and communications protocol
development, and education. Wireshark is cross-platform, using the GTK+
widget toolkit in current releases, and Qt in the development version,
to implement its user interface, and using pcap to capture packets; it
runs on GNU/Linux, OS X, BSD, Solaris, some other Unix-like operating
systems, and Microsoft Windows.<br /><br /><b>7.Wireless signal repeater</b><br /><br />A
 wireless repeater takes an existing signal from a wireless router or
access point and rebroadcasts it to create a second network. When two or
 more hosts have to be connected with one another over the IEEE 802.11
protocol and the distance is too long for a direct connection to be
established, a wireless repeater is used to bridge the gap. It can be a
specialiSed stand alone computer networking device. Also, some WNICs
optionally support operating in such a mode. Those outside of the
primary network will be able to connect through the new "repeated"
network.</span>

<br />
<br />
<span style="color: black; font-family: verdana; font-size: small;"><b>1. Get a Feel for the Market</b><br /><br />When
 creating a mobile application, you need to know the market and how it
works. Your market in this case refers to the Google Play Store and
Apple iTunes Store. Both of these stores have material showing the top
paid apps, top free apps, top grossing apps etc. You would do well to
study them and mould your app in a way that would get you money.<br /><br /><b>2. Align Your Ideas with Successful Apps</b><br /><br />This
 is an arguable point, but while many have benefitted from it, many
argue against it as well. Some people go for innovation based on apps
that are already succesfull and they have gained accolades and cash for
their efforts. But coming up with something entirely new is also a good
way to go. Proponents of both these approaches exist.<br /><br /><b>3. Design Your App's Experience</b><br /><br />Lay
 out a design for your app, either by hand or by using software like
Photoshop. Having a visual aid for designing the app is most important,
so make sure that you have also placed your designs on paper. You could
use other apps as a reference too.<br /><br /><b>4. Register as a Developer</b><br /><br />When
 you're done laying out the groundwork for your application, you need to
 register as a developer on the platform that you have chosen to build
for. The word developer is often confused with one that has programming
knowledge. This is not true, a developer is simply a person who
publishes apps on an App Store. Many say that the iOS platform is more
profitable than Android. Android though has more users.<br /><br /><b>5. Find Prospective Programmers</b><br /><br />Whether
 you lack programming skills or not, it is important to hire other
programmers to work with you. The more minds that work on a code, better
 are your chances of building a very good app.<br /><br /><b>6. Sign NDA, Share Your Idea, Hire Your Programmer</b><br /><br />Every
 programmer that you hire should sign a non-disclosure agreement. It is
important to protect your code and ideas and the work that you and your
company are doing.<br /><br /><b>7. Start Coding</b><br /><br />Icon: Your programmers need to first create an icon for the app that you're creating. <br /><br />Hello,
 World!: This is a simple program that takes a programmer less than 10
minutes to write. This will give you an idea of how efficient and
dedicated they are. They should deliver it to you along with the icon.<br /><br />App
 Delivery: The first test version of the app is an ad hoc, which gives
you an idea of how the app will perform on a smartphone. You make
changes to this and eventually reach the final stage.<br /><br /><b>8. Test Your App</b><br /><br />Testing
 your app is very important, considered by many to be the most important
 step in app making. You will find bugs, fix glitches and only after
thorough testing can you launch your app.<br /><br /><b>9. Post Your App to the Market</b><br /><br />This
 is the end of your app building cycle from the programmer and coding
point of view. It is advisable to allow your programmer(s) to show you
how to post the app to the concerned market. This is because they are
better versed in the process.<br /><br /><b>10. Market Your App</b><br /><br />Without
 marketing your app will stand nowhere. This means that your app needs
to be seen amongst the millions that there are on the Play Store or
iTunes Store. You need to spend on marketing endeavours in order to
accomplish this.
